Before you pack
What happens after I send an enquiry?+
A planner calls or WhatsApps you, checks live flight fares and hotel availability, and sends 2–3 priced options with a day-wise plan. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
How much advance do I pay?+
30% for domestic trips and 40% for international trips. The balance is due 15 days (domestic) or 21 days (international) before departure. Flights are paid in full before ticketing.
Why is there TCS on international packages?+
The government requires 2% TCS on overseas tour packages. It is collected against your PAN and you can adjust it when you file your income tax return.
Can I change hotels or add a night?+
Yes. Swap hotels, add nights, reorder cities or add an experience. Your planner sends a revised quote each time.
What if I need to cancel?+
25% of the package value at 30+ days before travel, 50% at 15–29 days, 75% at 7–14 days, and 100% under 7 days. Flights follow airline rules.
I am a travel agent — can I use Trip69?+
Yes. Register your agency for free (sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code), then build itineraries and GST-ready quotes, share them on WhatsApp and follow up leads from one portal.
