Kanchenjunga, the third-highest mountain in the world, with gorgeous green forest, picturesque landscape, es, and cascading waterfalls.
  • Darjeeling:
    • If you wish to experience the beauty of the first rays of sun falling on the snow-capped peaks of Kanchenjunga, visit Darjeeling. It is rightly called the Queen of Hills. Another feather in its cap is the Toy Train which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This arresting hill station is located at an altitude of 6,700 feet. Other famous attractions of Darjeeling are tea gardens, Buddhist Monasteries, colonial architecture, and the mighty Kanchenjunga mountains.

Itinerary:


  • Day 1: NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Gangtok (125 km / 4 hrs)
    • Arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport & transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.).
    • En route enjoy River Rafting at River Teesta.
    • On arrival Check-in into the hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok. * Rafting charges extra to be paid directly
  • Day 2: Gangtok Local Sightseeing Start for a Full day city tour covering.

    • Enchey Monastery means “the Solitary Temple” which now is home to almost 90 monks. Tourists are quite fascinated by the place because it accommodates several religious objects and presents Tibetan culture in a beguiling manner.
    • Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom Now, it is time for you to admire the local art and talent depicted through the Handicrafts in this Directorate which is located at the ‘Zero’ point of the city. Here you can buy majestic artifacts such as Thangka paintings, traditional carpets, wooden carved and colorfully painted sculptures, and much more.
    • Do DrulChorten Stupa Standing proudly on the hill Hock, Do DrulChorten, also known as Phurba, is your next station which is also the biggest stupa in Sikkim. This shrine was constructed in 1945 and is encircled by 108 prayer wheels from which visitors gain divine blessings.
    • Institute of Tibetology After your spiritual tour, it is time for you to grasp some cultural and educational values of Tibet. One of the most significant institutions in the world, the Institute of Tibetology is the center where many scholars research the Tibetan language and tradition.

The flower show is the International Flower Festival which is celebrated every peak season of blooming.     • Ropeway & Banjhakri Falls Last but not least, you will be enthralled by the bounteous attractiveness of the place when you will travel through Ropeway to reach Banjhakri Falls which is 70 ft tall waterfall surrounded by the lush greenery of dense forest.   • Day 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
    • After breakfast, start an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) It is 55 km one way from Gangtok City. Tsomgo Lake is Lost in the lofty mountains at the height of 12,400 ft above sea level your first stop would be Tsomgo Lake, a paradise for the travel savvy. After 3 hours of a long drive, you will encounter the ‘holy source of water’ hallowed by native people. The picturesque view of the lake will not allow you to put your camera down because this view is something you want to preserve for ages.
    • Baba HarbhajanMandir Finally, it is time to remember the eminent personality of the Indian Army, Captain Harbhajan Singh who is known for his unusual story. He is that significant soldier who is still believed to be with us even after his tragic death in the Indo-Pak war of 1965. At the altitude of 4000 m, every Indian worship this pure soul in a shrine named after him Baba Harbhajan Mandir. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (In case of a Landslide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provide alternate sightseeing.)
  • Day 4: Gangtok – Darjeeling (98 KMS/3.5 HRS)
    • This day you will be transferred to Darjeeling (6710 Ft / 2046 Mts, 70 Kms / 03 to 04 Hrs) in, Evening at your leisure. Overnight at Hotel
  • Day 5: Darjeeling Full-Day Sightseeing
    • Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger Hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. World's 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.
    • After breakfast visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway, and Japanese Temple. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
  • Day 6: Darjeeling - NJP Railway Station (98 KMS / 3 HRS)
    • After Breakfast check out from Hotel and Drive to drop at NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport.

    • 45 days before arrival: 10% of the Land package only accepts the hotel.
    • 15 days before arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost except for the hotel.
    • 07 days before arrival: OR No Show: No Refundable except the hotel.
